How do you measure growth in a startup?

ree

It is a question I have been reflecting on a lot lately. The more I think about it, the more I realise that growth in a startup is rarely static or one-dimensional.

Sometimes, growth is simply about not giving up on tough days.

Sometimes, it is about balancing the responsibilities of being both a parent and a founder.

Other times, it is about landing the kind of partnerships that help elevate your mission and impact.

Recently, growth has looked like something a little different: sharing the burden.

At the start of this year, I recognised that it was time to invite others in. I wanted to build the structures and team that could help sustain and amplify the momentum we have been building at tipped. I am so grateful to have found three brilliant people to walk this path with me.

We are still finalising a few details, but the sense of relief and renewed excitement has already been immense.

I feel energised and ready to take on the year ahead with this team by my side. Sometimes, asking for help and creating space for that help to thrive is the truest marker of success.

I'd love to hear about what other founders' success looks like at the moment! Here's to building together. 💛
