Road Trip Reflections: Presence, Perspective, and the Power of Pause

Gosh, we live in a beautiful country! I have just returned from my very first road trip up the Garden Route with my children, and I can't quite put into words how much it has filled my cup. 

There's something profoundly restorative about stepping away from the screen and into nature and, most importantly, having uninterrupted time with my children - all of which have been gifts I don't take for granted.

Moments like these remind me of what really matters. 

Connection. 

Presence. 

Perspective.
