If it were easy, everyone would do it.

This month marked the sixth year since tipped officially launched, and it’s been one of the most fulfilling and challenging things I’ve ever done in my life.

Building something that hasn’t existed before is never simple. And while we expected challenges, nothing quite prepares you for the reality of implementation - of turning vision into impact when the systems aren’t built for change.

Each year came with it’s own growing pains. Technical friction, frontline adoption, education barriers, and the reality that not everyone sees what you see just yet.

But this work was never meant to be easy. It was meant to be a movement.

We press on, exceptionally grateful for the petrol attendants who remind us why we do this, for the partners who believe in financial dignity, and for a team that holds the line when things get hard.

To anyone walking the narrow road: keep going. Your work matters!
