A movement is NOTHING without the people behind it.

Tipped didn’t grow because of one person or one idea. It grew because people believed in the vision. They showed up, gave their time, shared their expertise, offered encouragement, and helped us keep going, even when it was tough.

This week, I want to take a moment to acknowledge the incredible support systems that have shaped our journey so far.

My silent partners - those behind the scenes whose contribution, energy, and expertise are hard to put into words, but they have added immeasurable value to my ability to guide tipped with clarity and conviction.

They allow me to show up with confidence and remind me (especially in uncertain moments) that we are building something worth backing. They truly are the foundation of our success. Having them in our corner is so powerful and EMPOWERING.
