Six years ago, I stepped into the unknown with nothing but an idea and my entire heart.

I’ve learned that building something meaningful takes patience, grit, and the humility to keep learning, even when the road ahead is unclear. I’ve learned that real impact doesn’t come from trying to do it all alone but from listening closely to the people you’re trying to serve and being open enough to adapt when they show you a better way.

I’ve learned that progress can also look quiet. It’s about the lessons in learning, the small wins, honest conversations, and the moments that remind you why you started in the first place.

Most of all, I’ve learned that trust is EVERYTHING - building it, honouring it, and never taking it for granted.

It means the world that all of you have followed for the ride. I’m excited for what the next six years have to hold. We’re only just getting started!

This image holds close to me - it’s brainstorming our icon with the incredible Pieter (with my children’s input too!)
